Operations Leadership Program - Eight-month rotations
Invaluable on-the-job experience through three eight-month rotations
The Operations Leadership Program provides you with valuable exposure to the broad range of UTC businesses and to a cross section of operational skills, disciplines, and functions. You will spend two years working in three different UTC businesses and/or at UTC Corporate headquarters and you will work on three major operations functional areas: Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Management. Your specific assignments will be based on your educational and business background, experience, expertise, career interests and other factors. Whatever your specific assignments and rotations, the total OLP experience will provide you with a solid foundation to launch or advance your UTC career. OLP graduates are highly sought after in large part because of the diverse experience this program provides.
