IT Leadership Program : Nine-month rotations
Invaluable on-the-job experience through three nine-month rotations
- The Information Technology Leadership Program provides you with valuable exposure to the broad range of UTC businesses and to a cross section of IT skills, disciplines, and functions. You will spend twenty-seven months working in three different UTC businesses, including UTC Corporate headquarters. You will work in three major functional areas, including: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Infrastructure, IT Security and e-Business, to name a few. Your specific assignments will be based on your career interests and other factors. Whatever your specific assignments and rotations, the total ITLP experience will provide you with a solid foundation to launch or advance your UTC career. ITLP graduates are highly sought after in large part because of the diverse experience this program provides.
The ITLP program consists of three nine-month rotations within UTC's participating business units. At each rotation an associate may be exposed to a different IT tower. These towers include:
- Infrastructure
