In recruiting finance and accounting summer internships, we look for highly motivated college students interested in gaining work experience in corporate financial operations.

These paid internships last for three months - May or June through August. Interning is not only valuable in gaining an integrated work experience within your field of study, but also in observing the way the finance and accounting departments operate within UTC's seven business units. It's a great way to establish a network within the company and can be beneficial in applying for the Financial Leadership Program.

We recruit from a number of colleges and universities, including both focus and non-Focus schools in attracting the most talented individuals. Recruiting begins in the spring prior to the summer internship period.
