IT Leadership Program: Overview

UTC offers the Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) for recent college graduates. This program is designed to give new employees a broad view of the company, a diversified work experience and exposure to UTC management. Leadership Program associates rotate through multiple UTC business units over a 27-month period consisting of three nine-month rotations.

UTC is a dynamic company that offers a rewarding environment for its potential leaders to grow. The ITLP is a fast track toward success. Potential associates should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field:

Information Technology.
Management Information Systems.
Computer Science.
Computer Engineering.
Business / Management.

Strong academic record.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Ability to work in a team.

ITLP associates are full-time, permanent employees. This means they are eligible for all of UTC's employment benefits, including the Employee Scholarship Program.
