How have you transitioned from school life to work life?

"I was surprised at how easy it was for me to make the change from going to school every day to going to work every day. Having worked as an intern at Pratt & Whitney for two summers prior to joining the program, the transition to working for UTC fulltime was not at all difficult. I was already familiar with the culture and many of the standard processes. UTC was very helpful and supportive in ensuring the transition went as smoothly as possible."
