What kind of career benefits have you gained from the Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP)?

"As an ITLP associate, I have had the opportunity to rotate through three very different business units within UTC. In each rotation, I have learned about the different industries UTC partakes in, and how IT has become a crucial part in meeting the goals of the organization. But more importantly, I have been given the opportunity to expand my technical and professional skills, as well as gain new exciting experiences in challenging work environments. The Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) provides for me the exposure necessary to be successful in the world of IT."
