How do you deal with changing work environments every 9 months?

"Changing work environments is never an easy process, and it's even more difficult when we do it every 9 months. To ease the change, ITLP associates meet with their new managers and departments before rotating. During these meetings, we get an idea of what our new assignments will be and what area of the business we will be working in. In some cases, if the new ITLP is directly replacing the previous ITLP, a week of shadowing is done so that the current ITLP can train the new one. The ITLP in the current position is also another great resource before rotating to a new position. The benefit of rotating every 9 months is that we learn how to learn quickly since we have a short time period to successfully complete our project. It’s a skill set we can apply throughout our careers."
