UTC offers MBA internships across its business units that provide top candidates with the opportunity to complete challenging
projects and departmental work, as well as to experience the corporate culture and network with peers through participation in
social events. MBA internships are typically 10-12 weeks in length and are supplemented by a weekly MBA speaker series, which
exposes interns to a variety of executives from all areas of the corporation. MBA internships are used to determine a possible
fit for full time opportunities whether via direct hire or in one of the rotational programs.
