UTC is proud of its partnership with INROADS, a national non-profit organization that provides career training and internships for minority youth. Since 2007, UTC has been named the Top Corporate Partner by INROADS.

UTC offers several leadership development programs that vary by function, e.g., finance, operations, and IT. Also, within the different UTC business units, leadership development programs are offered in engineering and general management.
How is UTC working towards having the best educated workforce on the planet?
UTC believes that while no one can guarantee a job forever, we can ensure a future for all of our employees. And the best way to do that is by giving them an education they can use for a lifetime. Under the Employee Scholar Program, UTC pays the costs for employees, both in the United States and internationally, who go back to school.
